The Maximum Order per Customer is 50 sacks, 25kg per day.
For Bulk Buying, with a required 50% Down-payment first only accepts Online (Gcash) Transfers.

Customers may place regular or bulk orders. For bulk orders, minimum quantity requirements may apply, and lead time may vary based on availability.
The system may flag orders with unusually high volumes for verification before processing.
Product listings may indicate the origin (e.g., locally harvested or supplied from partners).
Product images shown represent estimated quantities (e.g., 5kg, 10kg, 25kg) and are intended for reference only.
Package sizes are clearly labeled and priced accordingly.
Prices are subject to change depending on supply, demand, and seasonal availability.
Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of checkout.
The company reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
All prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (ā±) format with .00 decimal places for clarity.
Once payment is confirmed, orders will be processed and scheduled for delivery or pickup, as applicable.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and order size.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before final payment.
The total order amount displayed at checkout includes product costs and delivery fees.
Cancellations are only allowed before payment confirmation.
Paid orders are considered final. Refunds may only be issued in case of order issues such as wrong or damaged items, subject to investigation.
Your data is stored securely and used only for order processing, communication, and service improvement.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
To ensure proper delivery, your location information may be collected and used to determine if you are within our serviceable area.
Email verification codes (OTP) are sent for account security and to prevent unauthorized access.

Customer support is available 24/7 through our in-app chat system.
Our services are currently limited to specific delivery zones within Metro Manila.
Orders placed outside of our serviceable areas will not be accepted or fulfilled.
If your location is considered too far or outside our current delivery range, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team.
We reserve the right to decline orders that are logistically infeasible.
Two-factor authentication via email OTP is required for registration and password changes.
Verification codes expire after 10 minutes for security purposes.
Users are limited to 5 verification attempts per request.
You must not share your account credentials with others.
